        •    Where: Orange County & surrounding areas; appointments at 25 Main Street (temporary business address) or we travel to you.

        •    Pricing:

    NY State Notary Fee (statutory): $2 per signature.  

    Tri-State Notary Convenience/Travel Fee: $150 (separate from the state-regulated $2 fee). This covers on-site travel/time, flexible scheduling, prep, and immediate document check.

        •    Pricing:

      NY Electronic Notarial Fee (statutory maximum): up to $25 per electronic notarial act.   

    Tri-State Notary Convenience Fee: $150 (separate from the notarial act fee) — includes tech setup & test call, identity verification assistance, document prep guidance, recording storage, and same-day e-certificate delivery.

  • End-to-end handling to obtain a New York Apostille for use abroad (we manage required county certifications + NYS Dept. of State submission).

        •    Pricing:

     Tri-State Apostille Service Fee: $200 (our facilitation service)

    State fee: $10 per document (charged by NYS Dept. of State) + shipping/courier as needed.
