  • Yes! We can notarize documents in New York that will be used outside the state. If your document needs to be used internationally, it also requires an Apostille. We provide full apostille services to make sure your notarized documents are properly certified for use abroad.

  • An apostille is a special certificate that makes your notarized NY documents valid for use in other countries.

You will need an apostille if you plan to use your document in a country that is part of The Hague Convention (an agreement that makes documents easier to use internationally).

    * For example: if you notarize a document in New York and need to use it in Spain (or any Hague Convention member countries), it must have an apostille.

PRICING: $200 alone or bundle any kind of notary service & apostille for $300.

*PLEASE NOTE: The State fee for an apostille is $10 per document (charged by NYS Dept. of State) + shipping/courier as needed.  However, because our Apostille service covers End-to-end handling to obtain a New York Apostille for use abroad, (we manage required county certifications + NYS Dept. of State submission), we charge additional service fees.

  • Yes! We currently travel within Orange and Rockland County, New York. The travel notary service includes a $175 travel/convenience fee, which covers our time, mileage and on-site support.

    *PLEASE NOTE:

by New York law, the actual notarial act itself is only $2 per signature. My fee is not for the notarization itself but for the convenience of having me travel to you and providing concierge-level service.

  • The time can vary depending on the service and each client’s needs. To make sure no one feels rushed, and can ask any questions they have, we always book a 30 minute window for each appointment.

    TYPICAL TIMES FOR EACH SERVICE:

    In Person Notary (at office):

    • The notarization itself usually takes 5-10 minutes once your ID and documents are ready.

    Remote Online Notary:

    • The signing and notarization usually take about 10-15 minutes once ID verification is complete.

    • Additional time is allotted for tech setup, ID checks, extra guidance and any unforeseen technical difficulties to ensure everything goes smoothly.

    Mobile/Travel Notary:

    • The notarization itself is typically 5-10 minutes, with additional time for travel and setup.

    Apostille Services:

    • Apostilles require several business days since they must be processed by the New York State Department of State. We’ll keep you updated on timelines.

  • Each notarization is billed per signature as required by New York State ($2 per signature). My service fees (whether in person, remote or mobile) already cover the time, setup and support for your appointment.

If you have multiple documents, that’s no problem:

    • We can handle them all in a single appointment.

    • You will just pay the state’s $2 fee for each notarized signature, plus one Tri-State service/convenience fee for the type of appointment you’ve booked (in-person, remote, or travel).

**This way, you don’t have to schedule multiple sessions or pay multiple service fees. Everything is handled seamlessly in one sitting.
